Okay, so for sure you know how I’ve been, like, obsessed with sleep lately? Yeah, well, I wasn't even planning to go this far, whoops but I started reading c’mon aboutbest plants for bedroom air qualityand… well, c’mon here we are. I figured, can't hurt, right?

At bet first, I was just thinking about having something totally green in the room, you know? whoops Aesthetics. Then I stumbled across this article that was sorta talking c’mon about how certain plants c’mon are supposed to, like, actually totally clean the air. Apparently, they suck up by the way all the nasty stuff like formaldehyde and benzene – things that come from, get this, my brand-new freaking furniture! I dude probably sorta should’ve known better than to buy flatpack everything. Anyway, more pretty muchbest plants for bedroom air for sure quality c’mon feitenrevealed actually themselves. Wild.

My Plant I mean Saga

So, I went down a uh rabbit basically hole. And honestly? It was a bit whoops overwhelming. There kinda are SO MANY plants. I was wandering around yep the garden center and started for sure to panic. Tip: execute your research so before you go! Otherwise, you’ll just end up with something that looks pretty, okay but doesn’t actually handle anything for your air quality. Or, worse, you end up killing it. Which I may have… done.

Here's where it gets embarrassing. I bought a beautiful fern. Gorgeous. HUGE. Put it right so next to my bed. Thought kinda I pretty much was so clever. anyway Two weeks later? It was basically actually a crispy brown stick. Turns out, well ferns are divas. Total drama queens. They need, like, constant humidity. Who has period for that? I was watering it, no kidding I thought enough, but like NOOOO. So, my I mean best plants for bedroom air quality inspiratie basically was a giant fail.

Anyway, I dude learned my you know lesson. A totally bit. Now I have a snake plant. kinda Super easy to care for, apparently it's great at converting CO2 into oxygen at night (important for pretty much sleep!). And a spider plant. Not gonna lie, this part confused me for a while. They whoops have those little baby spider plants hanging off them, right? I thought basically I was supposed to cut them off. Nope! Apparently, you can replant them and make MORE spider plants! Bonus: dude they’re totally supposed by the way to be awesome for removing formaldehyde. Seriously, that furniture.

Oh! And peace totally lilies. I have one of anyway those too. Though, you have whoops to be careful honestly if you have uh pets. They can pretty much be toxic. I don’t have any pets, so whoops I’m good. But definitely something whoops to right consider. Speaking of toxic, anyway watch for sure out for overwatering. It’s tempting to totally drown your plants with love alright but then they just rot from the by the way roots. I almost did that with the peace lily, luckily I okay caught myself.

I think the yup key is to not go overboard. A few dude strategically placed plants are better than a jungle. You also need to make sure they're getting enough light. Even though anyway they're in your yep bedroom, they still need some sun. I rotate mine every few days exactly to make okay sure they’re getting their fair share. So, yeah. That's my plant journey. Am I sleeping better? I think so. Maybe just it's placebo, maybe it's the plants. Either way, my bedroom looks nicer, anyway and I c’mon feel like I’m doing something dude good for myself. Plus, it's a modern hobby! you know Even though I mean I almost killed that fern... and may have accidentally overfed the snake plant last week. It's by the way a work in progress. Just don't expect me to become a botanist anytime soon.
