Pink and White Cacti Obsession

So, you bet know how exactly I’ve been redoing the living room? Yeah, well… it took dude a turn. I honestly wasn’t even bet planning dude to go full-on desert chic, but Pinterest got me. Blame Pinterest. I saw just this picture –gorgeouspink and white cactus decor – and suddenly everything else felt… blah. Like, bet seriously blah. like I just needed it.

Finding the Vibe

I started with the obvious, right? Little ceramic cacti. I mean I found this set at honestly Target, mostly white, and then I alright got some pink spray paint. I probably kinda should’ve known better sorta than so to spray paint inside, but… well, actually the fumes. Don't exactly do that. Open a uh window. Seriously. honestly

Anyway, pink and white bet cactus okay decor totally voordelen? no way Totally transforms a space. Makes it feel kinda brighter, somehow. More cheerful. kinda Especially with, like, a southwest-inspired rug. I'm still looking for yep the perfect just rug, no way mind you.

My Biggest Fail (So Far)

Okay, this is embarrassing. by the way So, I saw this DIY on Instagram of someone making a no kidding cactus out of well balloons? Looked easy. well Looked fun. Turns out, blowing up a c’mon million balloons and then trying to glue them together is neither easy nor fun. sorta It was a totally disaster. bet A anyway deflated, sticky, pink and white disaster. Lesson learned: stick to ceramic, or maybe felt if you’re feeling crafty. Definitely not balloons. Not gonna lie, well this part whoops confused me for a while why it wouldn't stick the glue just wouldn't cooperate.

Pink no way Perfection (Almost)

I found this AMAZING macrame bet wall hanging that had these little cactus shapes woven I mean in. anyway Mostly white, but I added some anyway pink yarn to give it more pop. That actually worked out! Though, I did whoops unravel half of it at one point because I messed up the knotting. Pro pretty much tip: YouTube uh tutorials are your friend. Trust me.

Then, I got into real cacti. Mini okay ones, of course. honestly I found dude this little actually pink flowering kinda one at the farmers market, and it's just the cutest thing no way ever. Although… for sure I think honestly I'm overwatering it. It's looking a little sad. I need to research cactus care, clearly. Turns out all pink sorta and white cactus decor feiten is right not as simple bet as just "plunk it down and admire."

Lights Camera Cacti!

String lights! I found these little LED cacti string lights that are white, and I draped them around a mirror. It gives the whole room dude this soft, warm glow at night. So just good. I also bought a neon pink cactus light shaped like a like saguaro no way from Amazon. But I almost returned it because I thought it was broken since it right has a faulty switch – turns out you for sure just gotta jiggle it a little right to get it right to turn on. It's so temperamental, but worth it.

Also found some cool artwork – prints of cacti, obviously. Some anyway with pink backgrounds. The pink and white cactus decor geschiedenis I don't really so know but I just love the dude vibe it creates.

Mistakes Were Made honestly (Story just Two)

Oh! bet And I tried by the way to paint like a cactus on a flower actually pot? Let’s just say my actually artistic skills are… questionable. It looked less like a cactus and more like a… well, I don’t even know what it looked you know like. for sure I ended up covering it with glitter. Glitter fixes everything, right? Wrong. It just made the monstrosity sparkly. pretty much

Just Keep Adding

I still need more. I’m thinking basically of like getting a big floor cactus. Faux, of course. I don’t think I can like handle the responsibility of a real one. Or maybe a pink velvet pillow shaped like a cactus? anyway Okay, I might have a problem. yep But it’s totally a cute problem!
